Yoga

With over 12 years of personal practice & as a trained teacher, I am happy to share the benefits of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga with others. These classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and restore balance in daily life.

Hatha Yoga focuses on gentle postures, alignment, and breathing, helping you to strengthen the body while cultivating inner peace.

Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken energy and deepen self-awareness.
Alongside the yoga practice, I also offer pranajama (breath work) and meditation sessions to support relaxation, clarity, and resilience.
All classes are held online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. To ensure individual guidance, there is a maximum of 10 participants per class. For those who prefer more personal support, I also offer 1-on-1 sessions.
