What?

My heart lies in supporting children (ages 0–12) and their parents. As a parent, you want nothing more than for your child to feel safe and happy. Yet sometimes emotions, difficult situations, or past experiences can feel overwhelming.

Is your child feeling stuck in difficult emotions or thoughts? Are you worried about social-emotional struggles, anxiety, behavioral challenges, bullying, stress, grief, anger, or low self-esteem?

I offer a safe and supportive space where children and their parents are welcome with questions, doubts, or concerns, both big and small. Together, we take things step by step, with calm and trust, exploring what is needed and what kind of guidance fits best. There is no one-size-fits-all approach; everything is tailored to who you are and what you need.

In my work, you will notice that I primarily focus on emotional and body-oriented therapeutic approaches. These methods help children connect with their feelings and bodily experiences in a gentle and age-appropriate way, supporting deeper understanding, regulation, and healing beyond words alone.

During our sessions, we don’t focus solely on behavior, but on what lies beneath it. What unmet need or hidden pain might be present? With care for both the mind and the heart, we work toward greater clarity, understanding, and emotional balance, for your child and for you as a parent.

Below, you will find an overview of how the guidance and support I offer is structured, and what you can expect throughout the process.
Registration / Sign-Up
You can register through this website by clicking the buttons at the bottom of each page, or simply by sending an email or calling me. Please provide the details of the child you wish to register. I will then get in touch with you as soon as possible to schedule an initial consultation.

First Consultation
During the initial consultation, we take time to understand your story and clarify the support you are seeking. Both parents and the child participate in this first meeting. Together, we explore your concerns and challenges, and discuss how you would like to see them evolve throughout the guidance process. Practical matters are also explained and agreed upon during this session.

Next Steps
The follow-up will depend on your specific concerns and the support needed. Together, we decide on the best approach for your child and family, ensuring that each step is tailored to your unique situation.

About the Guidance & support I offer
-
Emotional First Aid (EFA) for babies & parents
Emotional First Aid (EFA) for babies is a gentle, body-oriented approach that supports babies and parents in times of stress, excessive crying, and early attachment difficulties. Emotional First Aid is about restoring safety, connection, and calm in the earliest relationship between parent and baby. It supports babies by helping their nervous systems settle through loving presence and co-regulation. Parents are guided to slow down, tune in, and trust their own capacity to sense what their baby truly needs. Rather than “fixing” behavior, this approach listens to what the body and emotions are communicating. At its heart, Emotional First Aid strengthens the bond between parent and child, laying a foundation of safety and resilience for life.

Therapeutic approach
When children begin guidance, I usually start with an experiential assessment. In these first sessions, the child’s inner world and lived experience take center stage. I work in ways that match your child’s world: through play, stories, drawing, and creative materials, children are invited to express themselves in a way that feels natural and safe. When helpful, we also involve their surroundings (family, school), because these are essential parts of who we are, and can be the key to change.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting may also be gently integrated into sessions with babies and children when appropriate. You can find more information about this approach on this page.

Feedback & Evaluation
After an experiential assessment or an initial guidance phase, we come together again with parents and child. During this meeting, we reflect on the sessions so far and share observations and insights. Together, we also explore whether further guidance would be helpful and what next steps, if any, feel appropriate.

Aftercare & Follow-Up
When we both sense that a guidance process can come to a close, we take time to discuss how to do this in a supportive and thoughtful way. Around three months after completion, a follow-up conversation can be scheduled if desired, to check in on how things are going. Of course, you are always welcome to reach out sooner if questions or concerns arise.
