Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. When worries, emotions, or questions become too much to carry alone, it can help to pause and share your story in a safe and supportive space.

As a psychological consultant, I gently walk alongside you. Together, we explore what is happening, what lies beneath the surface, and what you need to move forward. My guidance is always tailored. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We take things step by step, at your pace, with care, calm, and trust.

For children (age 0-12) and parents, I offer guidance that is attuned to their world and development. Through play, creative expression, stories, and conversation, children are invited to express themselves in a way that feels natural and safe. I look beyond behavior and focus on the underlying needs, emotions, and experiences, always keeping the connection between child and caregiver in mind.

Adolescents and adults are welcome for Brainspotting, a body-oriented and trauma-sensitive method that supports deep emotional processing and healing. While thoughts and cognitive patterns are important, my work primarily focuses on emotional and body-based therapies, fostering sustainable change from within.

You can come to me with a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional or behavioral difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, anger, or feeling stuck. I also provide emotional first aid for parents and infants, offering support with excessive crying (colic babies) and sleep difficulties.

On this website, you will find more information about the guidance and support I offer.

You are welcome, exactly as you are.
